After making payment via any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Cred, etc.), enter the 12-digit UTR/Reference number and upload a payment screenshot at checkout. Our team matches the UTR against our bank statement to approve your order.

Verification is performed manually and typically takes a few minutes to a few hours. Once verified, your order status changes to DELIVERED and your download link is dispatched.

For security, your download link stays active for 48 hours. Please download and save your PDF to your device promptly. If your link expires, you can easily request a fresh link using the Track Order page.

Yes! Add any books to your cart using the 'Add to Cart' button, open your cart drawer, and proceed to checkout to pay for all your books in a single UPI transaction.

Due to the digital nature of downloadable PDF files, sales are final once delivered. However, if you made a duplicate payment or were unable to receive your file due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund or replacement link immediately upon verification.
